Job Title: Senior Operations Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Director to join our team at Grant Custom Products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and oversee the work of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
  • Plan and implement budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and ensure financial control systems are in place
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in operations management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Work Setting:

  • Office building
  • Fabric embroidery shop

Equipment and Machinery Experience:

  • Embroidery or quilter

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 40 hours per week
