Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at B.C. LTD. as a permanent employee. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Summary:

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Stock and maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
