At RAJ STEEL FABRICATION, we are seeking a skilled Welding Machine Operator to join our team in a dynamic industrial setting. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. You will also be responsible for maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production line

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
