Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Pepper Creek G-mart. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are assigned to duties effectively and efficiently.
- Staffing and Training: Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of our customers and the business.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is accurately recorded and replenished as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Our gas station operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular breaks to maintain productivity.
