The Role

We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team in Guelph, ON. As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you will play a critical role in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
