This Senior Team Lead will report to the Studio Line Director and be part of a collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent plans to identify opportunities for growth and resource allocation
  • Partner with other Line Managers to drive studio initiatives and enhance our high-performance culture
  • Mentor and coach a wide range of Production staff, from junior to senior directors, through regular interactions and feedback sessions

We believe you have:

  • 10+ years of experience in game development, with a proven track record of leading a production team through a fully shipped game
  • A strong background in management, including experience with a range of production staff, from junior to senior levels
  • A passion for mentoring and growing others, with a focus on individual growth and development
