Business Partner, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist

Interior Health Authority is seeking an experienced Business Partner, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to support the development and implementation of strategies to promote a culture of belonging and inclusion across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute programs to advance diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across Interior Health Authority.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to inclusion and develop strategies to promote a culture of belonging.
• Provide guidance and expertise on diversity, equity and inclusion best practices and research to inform organizational decisions.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on diversity, equity and inclusion principles and practices.
• Partner with health authorities and colleagues to ensure compliance with diversity, equity and inclusion-related provisions in collective agreements, codes and other legislative requirements.

• Competitive salary range of $88,990 to $127,923.
