Cost Analyst Job Description

Fed Finance is seeking a highly skilled Cost Analyst to join our team. As a Cost Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing and managing our client's accounting system, building inventory valuation models, and providing financial support to the division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the accounting system to operate the new factory (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Build and maintain inventory valuation models
  • Act as a financial partner to the division, providing support and information needs
  • Manage the month-end process and prepare monthly entries
  • Maintain account charters and prepare financial statements
  • Participate in financial analyses and prepare required reports
  • Establish budgets in collaboration with the FP&A department
  • Participate in annual audits with external auditors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or related field
  • CPA designation
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing field
  • Master languages (bilingual)
  • Master the MS Office suite, including Excel
  • Microsoft Dynamics knowledge (asset)
