In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to ensure seamless facilitation, effective communication, and smooth change management of our P&C programs, policies, and practices.

You will have the opportunity to provide support and ensure compliance with employment legislation across multiple provinces in Canada and California.

Key Accountabilities
  • Developing and implementing people analytics to monitor trends and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Providing strategic recommendations to business leaders on how to enhance their business results through effective people strategies
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships, providing leadership, and coaching on all people-related programs, strategies, and execution, across the business at all levels
  • Working with the People & Culture team to build, develop, and implement templates, programs, and policies to enable the business, modeling and reinforcing our high-performance coaching culture
  • Collaborating with business leaders to evolve organizational structures and talent strategies for short- and long-term scalability
  • Sharing the People & Culture roadmap and gaining buy-in/support from the business to champion it with their teams
  • Providing consultation and guidance on performance management, engagement, career planning, and talent development, ensuring effective change management in all people-related activities
