Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Vehicle Operator to join our team at Flaman Fitness Ltd.

About the Role

This is a temporary position with 40 to 44 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and safe delivery of merchandise/products.
  • Operate Company Vehicles: Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, including fueling, cleaning, and performing basic maintenance tasks.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods from vehicles, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury or damage.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as keeping records of items received and delivered, using maps and other trip planning aids, and completing required paperwork.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles) and a valid driver's license. You should also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Work Environment

This role requires working in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads, and working overtime when required. You must be able to walk and stand for long periods and be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
