About the Job


We are seeking a Medical Professional for Complex Care to join our team at the 3 Bridges Primary Care Clinic.


This position involves providing primary care services to residents of Vancouver who have complex clinical and psycho-social needs.


The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive family practice background and be able to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team setting.


Responsibilities



  • Providing direct clinical services to patients with complex needs
  • Fostering a collaborative inter-professional practice environment
  • Working with an interdisciplinary team to achieve excellence in client-centered care
  • Providing substance use services, assessments, supports, and opiate agonist treatment
  • Providing trauma-informed care to clients with multiple complex health care needs


Qualifications



  • Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License
  • Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership
  • Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) designation or eligibility
  • Eligibility for a faculty appointment with the University of British Columbia School of Medicine
  • Current Opiate Agonist Treatment prescriber exemption ideal or willingness to obtain
