We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Indian Sweet Master Waterloo. As a key member of our bar operations team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by providing top-notch service and expertly crafted cocktails.

• Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
• Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring seamless service and efficient inventory management
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft beer, and non-alcoholic options
• Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
