About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team as a Restaurant Operations Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Managers and Crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales and profit targets
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Manage and develop a team of Managers and Crew members to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for customers, employees, and the community
  • Participate in local events and initiatives that positively impact the community
