About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to a high standard.
  • Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Food Safety Certificate: Required.
