Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, executing email marketing campaigns, and measuring campaign performance in Google Analytics. You will also be responsible for delivering projects on a deadline and juggling multiple projects at a time.

Requirements
  • Ability to create and manage paid advertising campaigns in at least one or two major platforms (Google Search/Display, Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
  • Experience executing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience measuring campaign performance in Google Analytics
  • Comfortable speaking with and listening to clients
  • Responsible for delivering projects on a deadline
  • Juggling multiple projects at a time

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, based on a standard 7.5 hour workday. The compensation offered will be based on your skills and previous work experience. We also offer a generous extended health plan and three weeks paid vacation to start, with the opportunity to boost up to four weeks after completion of the first year.

Our preference is to hire locally, but we are open to candidates across Canada as we offer fully remote work.
