At FactoryFix, we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely and effective troubleshooting and repair.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in a field or similar maintenance environment, with a strong background in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment.
  • Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at the facility.
  • Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment.
  • Maintain industrial control systems.
  • Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs in a safe and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; associate's degree in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation, or other similar manufacturing-related specialization preferred.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading, PLC troubleshooting skills, creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical troubleshooting skills, mechanical troubleshooting skills, pneumatics experience, hydraulics experience, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
  • Experience with servo motors, industrial robots (Fanuc), variable frequency drives (VFD), palletizers, blow molding machines, programmable logic controllers (PLC), human-machine interface (HMI), and conveyor systems.
