Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive commission-based salary, where you can earn 10% of all daily sales made, in addition to a one-time bonus payout of $1,000 at the end of every 30 days. As a part-time flexible employee, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a great work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct thorough performance evaluations, document insights, and create actionable reports to drive business growth.
  2. Customer Support: Respond promptly to shopper inquiries via email or phone calls, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent customer experience.
  3. Vendor Negotiation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating terms that benefit both parties and contribute to our store's efficiency.
  4. New Customer Acquisition: Engage potential shoppers through phone call follow-ups, fostering trust and encouraging them to complete their online orders.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with customers, listening to their needs and providing personalized support to enhance their shopping experience.
  6. Operational Efficiency: Analyze store operations and implement strategies to optimize processes, leveraging platforms like Craigslist to improve productivity.
  7. Daily Sales Remittance: Ensure accurate and timely remittance of store sales at the close of each business day.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Technology: Proficiency in using a smartphone and/or personal computer (laptop), as well as Skype application for remote communication.
  3. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to stay focused on assigned tasks, prioritizing responsibilities effectively to meet deadlines.
