Job Description
As an elevator technician with Otis Elevator Co., you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.
You will work within your defined geographical area / territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it.
Responsibilities
- Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory.
- Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first-time fix.
- Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent within lift Repair and maintenance.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- At least 2 years of experience in the elevator sector.
- Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
