Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards.
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
  • Stock refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas with food and supplies, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing and peeling vegetables, and preparing ingredients for cooking.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
