Job Title: Retail Sales Clerk

We are seeking a Retail Sales Clerk to join our team at Rob and Kathy's No Frills. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining sales records, and assisting in the display of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice about merchandise to customers
  • Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Train staff on sales procedures and product knowledge
  • Assist in the display of merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Non-smoking work environment
