Fabrication Specialist

In the dynamic and fast-paced environment of beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Welland Canada. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will play a crucial role in the creation of high-quality metal structures and components.

• Utilize various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc) to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion and meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Inspect finished work to guarantee compliance with specifications and industry standards.

• Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship, with certification in welding techniques.
• Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting, with a strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with blueprints and technical drawings, with the ability to read and interpret complex specifications.

We offer a competitive hourly wage, with opportunities for overtime pay. The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000-$80,000 CAD, depending on experience.
