We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our new state-of-the-art clinic in Pembroke, Ontario.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated physiotherapist to work collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage caseload effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Provide high-quality patient care through evidence-based practice and sound clinical judgment.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in physiotherapy through ongoing education and professional development.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Be registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Have 1-5 years of experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
