Job Title: Parts Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our parts team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in the parts store, and ensuring accurate and efficient parts inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in the parts store, providing expert knowledge and guidance on automotive parts and accessories.
  • Provide parts for Auto techs for ROs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Perform regular parts inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Above-average technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
