We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Materials Coordinator to join our team in Airdrie, Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations related to inventory storage and space utilization.

You will operate equipment such as forklifts, lift-reach trucks/lifts, pallet jacks, over-head cranes, and other job-related equipment to ensure efficient and safe storage and retrieval of materials.

Your responsibilities will include supporting shipping and receiving functions, including receipt, picking, packing, and shipping activities aligned with operational procedures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will focus on delivering against safety, delivery, cost, and quality performance targets, while ensuring accuracy of vendor shipments to purchase orders, identifying or reporting discrepancies, and entering data into SAP systems for reconciliation.

You will also conduct periodic physical inventories, collaborate with Supply Chain functions, Operations, and Projects groups to effectively manage and optimize order fulfillment rates.

Apart from your technical skills, you will need to work closely with Logistics teams and suppliers to schedule pickup times, delivery times, and routing information / decisions.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively implement inventory procedures, controls, and performance indicators in the requisition and storage of all inventory in the warehouse.

An estimated salary for this position is around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
