Job DescriptionOperational Planning & Execution

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and executing plans to improve daily operations, ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence, and developing strategies to increase organic patient growth. You will constantly review clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement, providing coaching and direction to the team.

Compliance & Patient Safety

You will partner with Compliance, DC Institute, and Human Resources to ensure the clinic meets provincial health regulation standards. You will manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice, leading by example to prioritize patient safety.

Leadership

As a leader, you will motivate and coach the team to improve productivity, engagement, and patient retention. You will drive the implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures, supporting action plans and directly motivating the team to meet operational and company objectives.

About You:

  • Education: University or College Diploma in Business or Office Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in dental practice management, with supervisory or management experience in business operations, staff scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting, dental software systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Commitment: Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $72,000 and $75,000, based on experience. The exact salary will be determined during the interview process, considering factors such as qualifications, skills, and performance.
