About the Role

This exciting opportunity will involve owning key initiatives in our platform product team, responsible for owning the product strategy, planning, and execution throughout the product life cycle.

You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to identify commercial opportunities for product enhancements and new features. Additionally, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategy for owned product areas, define the product roadmap, and maintain the product backlog.

A successful candidate will have proven experience as a product manager, with a strong track record of launching successful cross-functional products in the tech industry, preferably in data platforms, data analytics, or SaaS. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to identify commercial opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Validate the business value of specific new capabilities.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategy for owned product areas, define the product roadmap, and maintain the product backlog.
  • Detailed scoping and requirement documentation (e.g., in PRD) of new capabilities.
  • Orchestrate the build, test, and release of new capabilities: own features from conception to launch, working with our Design, Development, and QA teams to deliver quality products.
  • Enablement of our GTM and CX organizations on the benefits of the new capabilities.
  • Assess the performance of new capabilities against product success metrics and come to actionable conclusions for next iterations.
  • Collaborate with product leadership to shape the long-term product and business direction.
  • Communicate with stakeholders during the product life cycle.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a product manager, with a strong track record of launching successful cross-functional products in the tech industry, preferably in data platforms, data analytics, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of and proven experience in managing the end-to-end product life cycle, and in agile/lean product management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.
  • Customer-focused, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What We Offer

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $120,000-$180,000 per year + bonus. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.).
