Enterprise Performance Management Specialist

We are seeking an Enterprise Performance Management Specialist to collaborate with our team. This role will involve gathering requirements, designing, building, testing, and deploying business solutions on the OneStream XF platform for specific client implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate specifications for various application elements (metadata, mappings, rules, reporting, etc.) in conjunction with the Project Architect to the Technical Delivery team resources with design support from more senior resources as required
  • Design and complete tests and coordinate testing with Technical Team resources and clients
  • Build/enhance application elements as required based on aptitude and experience
  • Support team members as requested during application/system design, development, and build
  • Complete the first draft of the application/system design and documentation with the Project Architect for review by more senior resources (requirements, design, testing, deployment)
  • Facilitate various levels of project meetings
  • Lead and participate in Business Analysis and Process improvements
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in both Ascend's and OneStream's tools, methodologies, and services.
  • Continue to learn and apply various functional accounting terms, rules, and processes that are required to effectively communicate with clients on projects
  • View new learning opportunities enthusiastically and gather knowledge to improve skills and capabilities.
Must Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field which could include Engineering
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in OneStream project implementation
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in finance organizations with a focus on accounting and system
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in leading structured projects and/or software package implementations
  • Able to independently and creatively problem solve with a strong focus on resourceful thinking and being naturally curious
  • Advanced data manipulation skills using Excel, SQL, and Visual Basic
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to delegate and monitor
  • A valid passport, driver's license, and insurance
