Ethnic Food Specialist

Ramen Arashi is seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the highest quality dishes are served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
We are looking for a skilled cook with expertise in Japanese cuisine and a passion for creating delicious stocks, soups, and sauces. If you have experience working with meat, poultry, and game, as well as fish and seafood, we want to hear from you.
Work EnvironmentAs a member of our team, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
