Homewood Health is seeking a skilled CBT Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services to clients across Quebec.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize evidence-based approaches, including CBT and DBT, to deliver effective treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use-related concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress through our Measurement-Based Care platform.
- Adhere to professional standards and best practices, ensuring exceptional clinical care.
- Engage in regular clinical consultation with the clinical management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Registration or clinical membership with a relevant governing body, with the ability to deliver psychotherapy services in your province of practice.
- 3-5 years of clinical counselling experience post-Master's degree.
- Experience in trauma/PTSD counselling, including working with First Responder populations, is a strong asset.
- Specialized training and/or experience working with First Responder populations is a strong asset.
- Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by Homewood Health.
- Proficiency in providing counselling services in either English or French is required.
- Counselling proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
