Framing Specialist

S & P Framing Ltd is a leading construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality framing services.

We are seeking an experienced Framer Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all framing work is completed on time and to the highest standard.

• Layout and Construction: Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools, and build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
• Material Management: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• Installation: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• Site Management: Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites, estimate costs and materials, and maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures.

• A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in framing and carpentry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, client focus, reliability, and teamwork abilities.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and location.
