Paving Stone Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paving Stone Installation Specialist to join our team at Moga Design & Build Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, including paving stones, with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install exterior prefabricated products, such as paving stones, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with project plans.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure seamless integration with existing structures.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, maintaining accurate records of project progress and completion.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring precise alignment and placement.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, demonstrating physical stamina and coordination.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, to complete installations safely and efficiently.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, such as measuring and marking guidelines, with precision and accuracy.

Personal Qualities and Experience:

  • Demonstrate client focus, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Exhibit organized and reliable behavior, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, with a strong foundation in construction principles and practices.
