We are seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Slave Lake Accommodations LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures, assisting clients/guests with special needs, and coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work. You will also be responsible for maintaining the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be able to work in a rural area, specifically in a hotel, motel, or resort setting. You will be required to work under pressure and have a large workload, but you will also have the opportunity to work with a team and have excellent written communication skills.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Establishing work schedules and procedures
  • Assisting clients/guests with special needs
  • Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work
  • Maintaining the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery
  • Arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
