Oncology Nurse Specialist

Oncology Nursing Opportunity
Humber River Health is seeking a skilled Oncology Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Registered Nurse on our 13 West Inpatient Oncology Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care to individuals living with cancer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and other cancer treatments
- Care planning and coordination with various team members
- Utilization of computerized systems for documentation
- Participation in project teams and hospital committees
- Preceptorship and mentorship of nursing students and new staff
Requirements:
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification
- CNA certification in Oncology Nursing preferred
- 2 years recent experience in oncology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
