Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Head Cashier to join our team at Aquamax Truck & Car Wash. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments by cheque, and sell merchandise to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient restocking processes.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
