About the Role:

We're working with a leading food manufacturer on a major business transformation project, utilizing SAP S4/HANA. This is a high-profile position where you'll work closely with stakeholders and act as a liaison between technical/quality teams, IT specialists, and the wider business.

Some key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing a new SAP Quality Management solution across multiple markets while ensuring data integrity, process alignment, and compliance with industry standards.
  2. Project management, overseeing SAP QM implementation from planning through to go-live.
  3. Managing data migration, system testing, and quality assurance.
  4. Engaging and influencing stakeholder and operations teams to drive system adoption.
  5. Maintaining food safety standards, including regulatory compliance.

About You:

We're looking for a blend of technical knowledge, food/drink experience, and well-honed project management skills.

  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP S4/HANA in a food or drink manufacturing environment.
  • A solid background in quality management and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully leading multi-site ERP implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work well with stakeholders, project team members, and colleagues at all levels across the business.
  • Experience of managing data migration and change management projects.
