About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at RONA Inc. in Boucherville, Quebec. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal level of inventory for our product categories and stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies for inventory management, including defining and maintaining replenishment parameters in line with our corporate inventory management strategy.
  • Demand Planning: Participate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies for the categories under your responsibility, including analyzing and monitoring performance indicators such as product stock levels, sales forecasts, and inventory budget.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Work closely with business partners responsible for merchandising to ensure excellent collaboration and coordination of activities with stakeholders.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and monitor performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize inventory levels and supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 4 years' related experience in demand planning and stock management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency with computer tools such as MS Excel and databases, analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
