Job SummaryWe are looking for a part-time Cashier to provide excellent customer service, process transactions efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers
- Scan items and process transactions in an efficient manner
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Bag customer groceries and complete returns
- Stock and clean the front-end merchandising areas
- Complete opening and closing out of registers and reconcile tills
- Provide information to customers regarding memberships and sales
- Contribute to a team environment by assisting in other areas as required
We are looking for a candidate with a High School Diploma, previous retail experience, and excellent customer service skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, and have intermediate computer skills.
