Production Worker

UniFirst is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for performing various operations in the following areas: Soil Receiving, Garment Finishing, Flatgood Finishing, and Sort/Ship. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest quality products are produced and delivered to our customers.
Responsibilities- Unload soiled product from trucks and separate product by type
- Counting of flatgood products and reductions – modifications to the customers account (either adding or removing product)
- Pressing/Steaming garments and operate pressing/steaming equipment specific to the garment type and customer request
- Bundling/package articles in accordance with requirements and picking flatgood products by route
- Sortation of garments by route, day, stop, and locker and final storage of product for shipment back to the customer
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess good organizational, communication, and people skills. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have attention to details and focus on quality.
