Job Title: Sales Representative - Industrial Territory

Richelieu Hardware is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in British Columbia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with industrial customers in the province.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to industrial customers in the following market segments: doors & windows manufacturers, trim & doors shops, prefab home manufacturers, shed manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Be responsible for existing sales and focus on new business development.
  • Manage territory to achieve maximum productivity while being conscious of costs.
  • Sales of Task Tools to industrial customers, including distribution.
Requirements:
  • College degree in Marketing or a related field, combined with relevant experience. University degree would be an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in sales to industrial markets and our target markets would be an asset.
  • General knowledge of the hardware industry and experience with product lines.
  • Experience in business development with strong skills to canvass new opportunities.
  • Strong personal and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
