About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled UI Programmer to join our Haven Entertainment Studios project team at Sony Interactive Entertainment, a subsidiary of Sony Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new menus and huds while building a solid and performant UI toolkit for UI/UX artists.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a UI toolkit used by UI/UX artists.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain various menus and huds (2D & 3D).
  • Develop optimized UI software solutions tailored to the UI engine.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software development skills.
  • Excellent C++ coding and debugging skills with experience in code optimization.
  • Familiar with UI/UX concepts.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in another UI middleware.
  • Education background in software ergonomics.
