About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, maintain sales records for inventory control, and prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, with varying shifts and tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 30 to 40 hours per week.
