Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for housekeeping supplies and services.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of work activities and maximize efficiency.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the resources they need to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
