About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Winery Associate to join our team at Arterra Wines Canada. As a key member of our tasting room team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and enthusiastic way, showcasing our wine and hospitality expertise.
  • Perform tasting room duties, including pouring wine samples, maintaining wine and merchandise levels, and promoting our wine club.
  • Help the team meet sales targets by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge of wine, food, and hospitality.

Requirements:

  • 19 years of age or older.
  • Serving It Right certificate.
  • Passion for people, wine, food, and the hospitality industry.
  • Detail-oriented, multitasking ability, and strong work ethic required.
  • Courteous, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work weekends throughout the season.
