We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Supervisor to join our team at Niagara's Best Inn.
Job SummaryThe Hotel Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, coordinating work assignments, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as necessary to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a focus on customer service.
