At TalentSphere Staffing Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in the success of our clients' projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and site instructions.
  • Assist in tender and contract preparation, working closely with the Estimator to assemble bids and track inquiries.
  • Maintain safety records and conduct basic safety audits.
  • Compile close-out checklists and submit close-out documents, prepare certificates of completion, and arrange for certificates of publication at the time of close-out.
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, sending emails, and preparing letters.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of industry experience in a coordinator role, preferably in Water and Sewer construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and 3D models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and basic knowledge of MS Project.
  • Proven ability to understand construction contract terminology.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
