About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer and Communication Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, and other technical documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, and other technical documents.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies, including creating content for marketing materials, social media, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in documentation and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical writing and communication, with a strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
