About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Dhir Trading Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products and materials from trucks, containers, and other storage units.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately count and record inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments for delivery.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including the storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, and the ability to work under pressure is essential. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a variety of weather conditions.
