We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Bohca Bistro & Bar Ltd. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Wine and Drink Selection: Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink options.
  • Order Taking and Payment: Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons and collect payment for beverages.
  • Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
