We're seeking a highly skilled Business Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at Dynacare. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform business decisions.

Your responsibilities will include examining and analyzing various general ledger accounts, preparing required month-end and quarter-end journal entries, and updating and reviewing key internal P&L and Balance Sheet reports. You'll also need to work closely with our Finance and Accounting colleagues and leadership to maintain and update adherence to month-end deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll also need to be able to effectively communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
