Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Royal Spice. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes for customers
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
